Your Key Responsibilities
Enrolment & Parent Engagement
- Be the warm, welcoming face of Da Di
- Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
- Conduct centre tours and present our programme value with confidence
- Proactively engage potential families in and around the centre
- Follow up on leads and support the full enrolment process
- Build strong, trusted relationships with parents for long-term retention
- Manage registration, invoicing, and fee collection
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and class lists
- Prepare teaching materials and ensure classrooms are clean, safe, and ready
- Oversee smooth daily operations with efficiency and positivity
- Maintain a tidy, calm, and inviting environment aligned with our brand
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Create engaging content (photos, reels, stories, captions)
- Plan and schedule marketing campaigns
- Support broader brand initiatives across our sister companies
- Coordinate class schedules, teacher availability, and room usage
- Support holiday camps, weekend events, and special programmes
- Liaise with vendors, community partners, and manage event logistics
- Loves working with people, especially families and children
- A confident communicator, able to present our programmes in both
, and provide translation to support English- and Mandarin-speaking parents and children.
