As we launch our first retail store in Malaysia, we are looking for friendly and energetic Part-Time Retail Associates to join our founding team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Recommend suitable GABRIEL products based on customers’ needs and preferences.

Develop good product knowledge and communicate product features and collections to customers.

Support the team in achieving store sales targets.

Assist with upselling and cross-selling in a natural, customer-focused manner.

Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.

Assist with stock replenishment, receiving and inventory counts.

Maintain attractive product displays according to GABRIEL’s visual merchandising standards.

Keep the store clean, organised and presentable.

Assist with product launches, promotions, events and peak shopping periods.

Work closely with the Retail Supervisor and full-time Retail Associates to ensure smooth store operations.
