Requirements
- Communicate and coordinate with Live Hosts on their schedules and livestream activities.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in TikTok, social media, livestreaming and e-commerce is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage Live Host timetables.
- Assist in recruiting new Live Hosts and arranging audition sessions.
- Assist with preparing invoices and related documents.
- Calculate and track sales performance from TikTok livestreams.
- Assist with daily livestream and digital marketing activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the team.
