Responsibilities
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide guests with a proper handstamp and checking handstamp for all re-entry guests. Look out for suspicious handstamp
Update guestlists and table reservation lists at all doors
Know all the covers charge pricing, name of the DJ playing for the night, credit card promotion and any latest promotion before shift
To assist with the customer enquiries
Greet guests with a smile
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Service orientated and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent guest relations and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English
A team player and takes initiative
Well-groomed and professional disposition
