Responsibilities
Attachment Description
This role oversees the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and conferences from concept to completion. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, client communications, vendor coordination, and on-site event delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end delivery of events, exhibitions, and conference projects.
2. Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
4. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and operations) to execute projects.
5. Manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
6. Oversee on-site setup, event execution, and dismantling.
7. Monitor project costs and maintain budget control.
8. Identify and resolve project issues to minimize risks and delays.
9. Ensure compliance with venue requirements and safety regulations.
10. Conduct post-event reviews and document key learnings.
