Responsibilities
Kitchen Assistant
Keep the kitchen, equipment and utensils clean and sanitized.
Dispose of food waste and clean waste bins.
Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation.
Follow all food hygiene and safety standards.
Use cleaning equipment safely and report any faults.
Attend weekly service meetings.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance and wear the provided uniform.
Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef.
Catering Assistant
Prepare food counters and displays before meal service.
Ensure food, garnishes, serving equipment and displays are ready and properly presented.
Keep food counters, equipment and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
Serve customers promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters and equipment.
