• To promote friendly and highest standard of customer service to all visitors.
• Perform ticketing functions and promote latest promotions to visitors.
• Respond to emergency situations effectively and report any collisions and accidents to Manager in a timely manner
• Assist and communicate to resolve customer complaints.
• Provide information about rides and attractions, rules and regulations.
• Ensure compliance to operating guidelines.
• Participate and assist in events.
• Other ad-hoc job as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Travel / Tourism/ Event Management or ANY equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in i-City at Shah Alam.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holidays and overtime.
• Willingness to work on morning shift (9.30am - 5.30pm/6pm) or afternoon shift (3pm – 11pm / 12am)
• Required skill(s): Cashier, Customer Service
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible.
• No experience required, on job training provided.
• Minimum commitment of 12 weeks internship.
