What you'll be doing
Business & Personal Assistant Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
Schedule and coordinate client appointments
Coordinate with clients, vendors and other stakeholders
Take meeting minutes and follow up on agreed action items
Help prepare and execute meeting agendas
Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Proactively identify issues and suggest ways to improve processes
Events & B2B Support — Ad Hoc
Reach out to vendors to express interest and obtain proposals/quotations
Assist with event planning, coordination and on-site execution
Support digital marketing and social media activities
Assist with other business development and partnership initiatives

Interest and prior experience in sales or financial servies is a plus as well
