Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for internship and entry-level roles.
• Support coordination of interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databases.
• Assist in preparation of recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns with the Brand team.
• Participate in recruitment events, university outreach, and talent pipeline activities.
• Contribute to improving candidate experience through structured communication support.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens currently enrolled as full-time students at a recognised tertiary institution (in Malaysia or abroad), and completing their internship in Malaysia.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree students are preferred).
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months (6 months is highly preferred).
• Must be able to complete the internship before the end of their academic programme.
