• Key Responsibilities

Accounting

• Assist with daily accounting transactions and data entry.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and related documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly account closing.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in preparing reports and schedules for management.
• Support e-Invoice and other accounting-related requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments on accounting matters.

Administration

• Perform general office administration and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and records.
• Assist with purchasing, office supplies and administrative matters.
• Support HR-related administrative tasks when required.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with LCCI or accounting-related qualifications are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with AutoCount or other accounting software will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Careful, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
