Role Description The HR Intern role is an on-site position based in Shah Alam and is structured as an internship opportunity. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding documentation. Responsibilities may include helping with HR policy documentation, supporting employee benefits administration, and assisting in organizing employee engagement or training activities. The HR Intern will also help prepare HR reports, update HR databases, and support compliance with internal procedures and local regulations. This role offers exposure to HR best practices in a growing digital infrastructure organization and provides practical experience under the guidance of the HR team.
Qualifications
  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including basic familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to support Personnel Management activities such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
  • Willingness to learn, ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Shah Alam, and a proactive approach to tasks.
