Role Description The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in planning and executing initiatives that promote Lagenda’s projects and brand. This internship role involves assisting with market research, helping prepare marketing materials and presentations, supporting digital and on-ground campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The intern will help track campaign performance, contribute ideas for marketing strategies, and assist in organizing events or promotional activities. This is an internship role based in Johor Baharu with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information confidently.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze basic data to support Marketing Strategy development.
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding customer needs and building positive relationships.
• Knowledge or coursework in Marketing Strategy and general Marketing principles.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
