About the Role

We are seeking a professional and motivated Telemarketer to support our financial advisory team. The successful candidate will focus on engaging prospective clients through structured outbound calls, qualifying leads, and arranging appointments for our licensed consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in a professional manner

Qualify leads based on defined criteria

Schedule and confirm appointments for consultants

Maintain accurate records of client information in the CRM system

Requirements

Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin if possible (additional languages are an advantage)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales support is preferred
