Responsibilities

Job Summary

This role supports financial operations, reporting, and digital finance initiatives, leveraging data analytics and AI tools to drive accurate financial insights, forecasting, and process improvements in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

Support month-end and year-end closing by preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses to ensure accurate financial records

Prepare financial reports, audit schedules, balance sheets, and cash flow statements using automated tools and digital systems to maintain compliance with accounting standards

Analyze financial performance using AI-enabled tools and data analytics platforms to identify actionable business insights

Develop interactive dashboards and reports with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau to enhance financial visibility

Apply predictive analytics to support data-driven decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy

Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting through data modeling and scenario analysis to support financial planning

Perform cost analysis on manufacturing, material, and operational expenses and investigate variances to optimize cost management

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that support operational decisions

Support financial modeling and analysis to enhance decision-making processes across the organization

Participate in ERP implementation and finance system enhancement projects, including automation and AI integration, to drive digital transformation

Lead process improvements by implementing RPA, automation tools, and digital workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks

Continuously identify and recommend opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance operational effectiveness

Required competencies and certifications

Degree in Accountancy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Strong interest in digital finance, data analytics, and AI applications in finance

Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or automation tools

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills to effectively partner with stakeholders
