What You'll Be Doing

As a Marketing Intern, you'll work alongside our team on live campaigns and client projects. Rather than just observing from the sidelines, you'll have opportunities to contribute your own ideas and see how campaigns develop from concept to execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Brainstorming content ideas, campaign concepts and creative activations
• Planning and scheduling social media content
• Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, events and promotions
• Assisting with client proposals, presentations and campaign decks
• Researching trends, competitors and consumer behaviour for upcoming campaigns
• Tracking campaign and content performance to understand what works and why

Depending on the projects happening during your internship, you'll also get exposure to different areas of agency work, including brand strategy, experiential marketing, events and client campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything before joining us. We're looking for someone who is curious, creative and willing to learn.

You might be a good fit if you:

• Are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree, or are looking to gain practical marketing experience
• Enjoy social media, content creation, branding, events or marketing
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Keep up with social media trends and understand formats such as Reels, TikToks, Stories and carousels
• Are comfortable sharing ideas and contributing during brainstorming
• Are organised and able to work on different projects as part of a team
• Have basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other creative tools — a plus, but not required

No prior agency experience is required.
