Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of CAD software (like AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and proficiency in spreadsheets.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn hands-on manufacturing processes, and good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Process Monitoring & Optimization: Observe factory workflows, track performance metrics, and assist engineers in identifying operational bottlenecks or waste.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Gather daily output numbers, compile stock or inventory reports, and update production progress logs using Excel or digital tools.
- Documentation & Drafting: Help update standard operating procedures (SOPs), factory layout drawings, and work instructions.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in shop-floor problem-solving tasks, 5S housekeeping activities, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure smooth material flow and assembly line requirements.
