Location : Hotel Le-Shore, Pasir Penambang, Kuala Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns for hotel promotions, events, dining, and seasonal packages
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
• Design and edit promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and videos for campaigns and events
• Support email marketing efforts, including drafting newsletters and guest communications
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in updating the hotel's website and online travel agency (OTA) listings
• Support photo/video shoots and the creation of promotional materials
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media interactions

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a diploma/degree program in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
