Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to serve as the bridge between our internal optimization team and our clients. Your core responsibility is not just admin work—it is data collation, analysis synthesis, and client presentation . You will gather performance data from multiple sources, package it into clear, client-friendly reports, and walk clients through what the numbers mean and how they can improve their app’s performance.

Note: Tech/IT/Mobile App Background is not required as this is a non-technical role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collation & Management (Primary)

• Aggregate performance data from multiple platforms: app store consoles (App Store Connect, Google Play Console), analytics tools (Firebase, Adjust, Mixpanel), ASO platforms (Sensor Tower, AppTweak, *************), and crash/error reporters.

• Maintain a centralized, organized database of KPIs for each client app, including:

  • Keyword rankings and visibility trends

  • Conversion rates (downloads vs. store page views)

  • Retention and churn metrics

  • User acquisition costs and ROAS

  • User reviews, ratings, and common feedback themes

• Regularly audit data for inconsistencies or missing entries and proactively resolve them.

2. Client Reporting & Presentation (Primary)

• Create visually clear, non-technical reports and slide decks that translate raw data into digestible insights.

• Present findings directly to clients via scheduled review meetings (Zoom/Teams) – walk them through performance trends, highlight wins, and flag areas of concern.

• Translate data into actionable recommendations – e.g., "Your drop-off at onboarding suggests we should simplify the sign-up flow," or "These keywords are underperforming; we suggest pivoting to these alternatives."

• Tailor presentations to different client stakeholders (marketing leads, product managers, or C‑suite executives) – adjusting the level of detail accordingly.

3. Client Relationship Support

• Act as the day-to-day contact for client data inquiries – answer questions about metrics, benchmarks, and historical performance.

• Prepare agenda and materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Document client feedback during presentations and relay it back to the internal ASO/UA teams for strategy adjustments.

4. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with the internal optimization specialists to understand the "why" behind data movements before presenting to clients.

• Manage the reporting calendar – ensure all client reports and presentations are delivered on time, every week/month.

• Maintain version control of all client-facing materials and historical data archives.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• No experience required as we provide intensive and comprehensive OJT.

• Impeccable attention to detail – clients trust your numbers.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

• Familiarity with mobile app metrics (DAU/MAU, LTV, CPI, CR, ARPU).

• Experience using any analytics or ASO tools (Firebase, Sensor Tower, AppTweak, Adjust, Branch).

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles – you can connect data points to user experience.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
