Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in daily sales and marketing activities.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist in maintaining and updating customer and sales databases.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance, customer orders, and sales-related information.
• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
• Assist in conducting market research and gathering information on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Assist in preparing content and updates for social media and other marketing platforms.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist in preparing quotations, sales documents, and other relevant documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Able to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• Capability to uphold confidentiality and manage delicate information discreetly.
• Willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
