Requirements

• Related courses: Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Administration (Marketing), Business Administration (Finance), Business Administration (Logistics), or other related fields.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Able to commit to the full industrial training period required by the institution.
• Willing to learn and perform administrative, HR, marketing, and other related tasks.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform ad-hoc duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor when required.
• Able to report to the company’s office at Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, Masai, Johor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting market research and analysing industry needs.
• Assist the team in preparing presentation slides, company profiles, and marketing materials.
• Assist in organising and filing official company documents, including administrative and HR-related documents.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, handling company systems, and incoming calls when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new knowledge and ability to work well in a team.
• Able to present oneself professionally in the working environment.
