Aufgaben
- Assist Customer Retention team in preparation of monthly customer retention report.
- Generate report in Report Manager on daily basis and ensure that all information are accurate prior sending out to brand partner and Finance & Controlling.
- Send the maturing contracts leads to dealer on monthly basis and collect feedback from dealer in timely manner.
- Send contract details/report on monthly basis for maturing Agility decision.
- Assist in Planning & Developing Customer Retention Strategy.
- Other Ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifikationen
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management , or any other related field.
- Able to do 6 Months Internship.
- Interested in performing Administration task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Able to communicate in all levels in a corporate environment.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work independently when needed.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
