Role Description The Senior Account Executive at PACIF will manage key client relationships, focusing on inclusive finance initiatives and long-term account growth. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Singapore, with a blend of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating financial solutions, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The Senior Account Executive will prepare presentations and proposals, analyze client needs and financial performance, and work closely with internal teams to align services with client objectives. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting strategic planning, and maintaining accurate records and reports for decision-making.

• Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build, maintain, and grow client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support inclusive finance solutions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in financial services, impact investing, or inclusive finance is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate within cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and CRM software tools.
