Job Description

Responsibilities

Start here. Learn quickly. Grow with us.

We are looking for an energetic and organised Education Operations & Business Intern to support the day-to-day running and growth of our education programmes.

This is a hands-on role for someone at the beginning of their career who wants real exposure to operations, programme coordination, stakeholder management and business development.

You do not need prior experience. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates well and is willing to take ownership.

What you will do

  • Programme & Operations
  • Coordinate programme schedules and instructor deployment
  • Ensure scheduled sessions are properly staffed
  • Manage last-minute changes and replacement arrangements
  • Respond to operational questions from instructors and education partners
  • Keep schedules, attendance records and programme trackers updated
  • Follow up on outstanding operational matters
  • Partner & Customer Coordination
  • Communicate with education partners, instructors and parents
  • Support the smooth launch of programmes at new locations
  • Coordinate workshops, events and engagement sessions
  • Assist with programme materials, equipment and logistics
  • Support occasional onsite events and programme observations
  • Business Support
  • Support outreach to potential education partners
  • Assist with follow-ups, enquiries and partnership opportunities
  • Help prepare programme information and proposals
  • Maintain prospect and partner databases
  • Support initiatives to grow programme participation and enrolment

You may be a good fit if you are:

  • A student, fresh graduate or early-career candidate
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicating with different people
  • Responsible and comfortable following through on tasks
  • Calm and resourceful when plans change
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and online platforms
  • Interested in education, operations, business or programme management
  • Willing to travel to programme locations across Singapore when required

Previous experience in education, events, customer service, operations or sales is helpful, but not required

What you will learn

You will gain practical experience in:

  • Education programme operations
  • Scheduling and resource planning
  • Stakeholder management
  • Business development and partnerships
  • Customer and parent engagement
  • Events and workshops
  • Reporting and administration
  • Problem-solving in a fast-moving environment

This is not an internship where you simply observe. You will work on real programmes, solve real operational challenges and gradually take ownership of your responsibilities.

Strong-performing interns may be considered for longer-term opportunities with the company.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Promotion to permanent employee

Work Location: In person
