Custera is building customer-centricity as a measurable, manageable and scalable business discipline. We combine proprietary data, benchmarks, methodologies and AI-powered solutions to help leadership teams connect customer-centricity to business performance.

The Custera Residency Program is a selective, remote-first program for exceptional students and early-career talent who want to work directly with the founder on real, high-impact projects.

Remote-first and open to eligible candidates worldwide. No travel to Singapore is required.

Five workstreams

1. Measurement Engine: Help build and validate the systems that turn customer and market signals into comparable measures of customer-centricity and connect them to business outcomes.
2. Products & Platform: Help design and build the client-facing and public tools through which Custera’s measurement and methodology are accessed, interpreted and acted on.
3. Content & Thought Leadership: Help develop research, best-practice libraries and executive content that strengthen Custera’s methodology and establish authority in the category.
4. Brand, Assets & Channels: Help develop Custera’s brand assets, website, social content and digital channels so the work reaches the right audience clearly and consistently.
5. Market Research: Help scan competitors, adjacent categories, platforms, methodologies and emerging practices to strengthen Custera’s positioning and identify whitespace.

Detailed project scope will be defined based on candidate skills and experience, along with the planned residency duration and time commitment.

What we are looking for

Depending on the workstream, relevant capabilities may include:

• Data analysis and structured problem solving
• Research and synthesis
• Financial analysis or valuation
• Web / no-code development
• UX, product or visual design
• Writing and editorial
• Market and competitive intelligence
• Strategy and business analysis

You do not need to fit every category. We care more about sharp thinking, ownership and the ability to turn ambiguity into rigorous work.
