Job Overview

Speech Mastery Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive, organised and customer-oriented

Part-Time Admin Executive (Weekend)

to support the weekend operations of our enrichment centre.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with parents and children, is confident in handling enquiries and follow-ups, and is able to contribute to the centre's marketing and administrative activities. Beyond administrative duties, you will play an important role in ensuring excellent customer service, managing leads, supporting roadshows and strengthening our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Administration & Operations

Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the enrichment centre.

Handle student registration, class attendance and scheduling matters.

Maintain accurate student and parent records.

Coordinate class arrangements and support trainers with administrative requirements.

Assist in preparing teaching materials, certificates and centre documents when required.

Ensure the reception and centre environment remains welcoming and organised.

Parent & Customer Enquiries

Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp, phone and email enquiries professionally.

Provide timely information on programmes, trial classes, course schedules and promotions.

Build positive relationships with prospective and existing parents through excellent customer service.

Follow up on parent enquiries and provide reminders regarding trial lessons, enrolment and renewals.

Escalate complex customer matters appropriately when necessary.

Lead Management & Sales Support

Contact prospective parents through calls and WhatsApp to follow up on leads.

Schedule trial classes and maximise conversion opportunities through consistent follow-up.

Maintain an organised lead database and update enquiry status regularly.

Support enrolment and renewal campaigns.

Assist with referral and promotional initiatives to generate new student sign-ups.

Marketing & Social Media

Create and schedule engaging social media content for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Assist in photographing and recording centre activities, student events and workshops for marketing purposes.

Prepare simple promotional posts, captions and announcements.

Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Monitor social media messages and respond promptly to enquiries where appropriate.

Events & Roadshows

Represent Speech Mastery during roadshows, community events and outreach activities.

Assist in setting up promotional booths and engaging with members of the public.

Collect leads during events and ensure prompt follow-up after roadshows.

Support holiday camps, speech competitions, workshops and centre events.

Requirements

Minimum GCE O-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in administration, customer service, enrichment centres, education or sales support will be advantageous.

Comfortable communicating with parents and young children in a friendly and professional manner.

Good spoken and written English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace and social media platforms.

Able to create simple social media content using Canva or similar design tools.

Organised, meticulous and able to multitask effectively.

Positive attitude with initiative and willingness to learn.

Able to work independently while being a strong team player.

Creative and interested in social media marketing and community outreach.

Comfortable participating in weekend events and roadshows.

Remuneration

Hourly rate commensurate with experience and capabilities.

Performance incentives may be provided based on contribution to enrolment growth, lead conversion, marketing initiatives and overall centre performance.
