JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing customer-related documents such as Quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Update customer, job, quotation, and order information accurately in the internal system.
• Support the Customer Service team in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Assist in communicating and coordinating with internal departments regarding customer requirements and job progress.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure customer records are updated and well organized.
• Assist in preparing basic daily or weekly reports as required.
• Perform data entry, document checking, scanning, filing, and other administrative duties.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
• 5 Days Work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, HR, Management, or equivalent.
• Required skills: MS Office.
• No work experience required.
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
