About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Part-Time (Full-Time) Telemarketers. This is a non-sales role focused on contacting prospective clients and arranging appointments. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with or without telemarketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via telephone in a professional and courteous manner.

• Arrange and confirm appointments for the team.

• Ensure timely follow-up and updates on scheduled appointments.

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English and basic Mandarin.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Quick thinker with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Able to commit 16 to 25 hours per week, based on mutual scheduling.

• Available to work Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

• Flexible to work within the operating hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly rate: S$12 to S$15, depending on experience and performance.

• Structured training provided during the initial 2-week onboarding period.
