Responsibilities
SALES ADMIN and CUSTOMER SERVICES
- reply to client inquiry from all channel (WhatsApp, email, all socmed)
- sales reports daily basis and related sales administrative work
- warranty claim, client detail recorded, inquiry
- documentation preparation and filing
- Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary
- Live host and marketing talent when needed
- involved in sales expo or campaigns and travel when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Proficient with MS Office, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and spoken skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good looking, able to work in a team and can work under pressure
- fast action, multi tasking, able to communicate profesionally with client
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
