Department: Supply Chain - Production Planning

Preferred 6 months internship duration, minimum 3 months of internship period.

Diploma in any field

Good in using MS Office (Excel, Word)

Position Summary

Intern to support Planning & Procurement operations, to achieve for operation efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for job orders & PR printing & processing
• Inventory checking and monitoring
• Production Loading Plan arrangement
• Sub-Contractors delivery & waste disposal arrangement & monitoring
• Daily stocks declaration to OEM
• Suppliers’ delivery arrangement & monitoring
• Shipping Documents Follow Up
• Monthly KPI Update
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification:

• minimum Diploma in any field.

Competencies

• Good communication skills
• Good in excel
• Good handling documentation & reports
