Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No prior HR or recruitment experience is required; training will be provided.
- Comfortable communicating and dealing with different types of people.
- Confident and willing to make calls and communicate with candidates.
- Able to work on-site.
- Able to work either 5 days or 6 days per week.
- Able to work according to the selected shift schedule.
- Mandarin speakers and non-Mandarin speakers are welcome to apply.
- Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve recruitment goals.
- Comfortable using social media, job portals, and basic computer applications.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment platforms, and other channels.
- Post and promote job vacancies to attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain available job opportunities, requirements, and benefits.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and the relevant team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Support daily recruitment activities and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates.
