Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Part-Time Business Development Representative to generate business opportunities by contacting prospective clients and arranging appointments for our Director.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and business contacts to generate leads
Introduce Aurelion's immigration and recruitment services clearly to potential clients
Identify business needs by engaging with business owners, HR professionals, and corporate decision-makers
Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with service offerings and business goals
Arrange appointments and consultations for the Director to advance business opportunities
Follow up with prospects to maintain communication and nurture relationships
Update lead information and call outcomes accurately in the CRM/database to track progress
Meet monthly appointment-setting targets to support business growth
Provide weekly progress updates to management for performance tracking
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, sales, or business development (Not mandatory)
Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach to work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
