With over 150 machines deployed across offices, retail locations, schools and public spaces, we combine traditional coffee craftsmanship with technology to deliver fresh, affordable beverages conveniently.
As a fast-growing startup, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across accounting, finance and business operations while working closely with management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Verify, prepare and record invoices, receipts and payment transactions
Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reconciliations
Organise and file accounting documents (physical and digital)
Assist in preparing schedules for month-end closing
Support GST documentation and financial reporting requirements
Help track expenses, petty cash and employee claims
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on finance-related matters
Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned
