Job Description: HR Intern

1. General HR Administration

• Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, forms, and other administrative documents.
• Support the HR team with data entry and updating HR databases.
• Handle general HR administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.

2. Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding Support

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Liaise with candidates regarding interview arrangements, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Support pre-employment arrangements such as medical check-ups and uniform fittings.
• Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and track completion status.
• Arrange uniform fittings and ensure timely issuance for new employees.
• Prepare onboarding materials, including welcome packs, employee documents, and orientation schedules.
• Ensure workstations, desks, and necessary equipment are prepared prior to new hires' first day.
• Support the HR team with recruitment-related administrative duties.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
