Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations of the official website and marketplaces such as Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Upload and update product listings, including product images, descriptions, pricing and promotional information.
• Check product availability, stock status and ensure online product information is accurate.
• Assist in monitoring and resolving basic order, fulfilment and customer-related issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, IT and customer service teams on e-commerce operational matters.
• Support preparation and execution of major online campaigns such as 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 and payday campaigns.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing or equivalent;
• Good in MS Office;
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (an advantage);
• Minimum 10 weeks of internship with a valid internship placement letter from the university.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
