Responsibilities
Hi applicants,
We are looking for a part-time HR/Admin personnel. The job scope will entail the following:
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, and other HR documents.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain personnel files and ensure proper documentation.
Payroll & Benefits
Coordinate monthly payroll and verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, and deductions.
Manage employee benefits, insurance, medical claims, and leave administration.
Recruitment Support
Coordinate job postings, interview schedules, and candidate communication.
Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
Employee Relations
Handle employees' HR-related questions and requests.
Support disciplinary and grievance matters.
Advise employees and managers on company HR policies and procedures.
Compliance
Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Maintain statutory records and submit required HR-related documents.
Keep company HR policies and procedures updated.
Leave & Attendance
Monitor attendance, leave applications, medical leave, and overtime.
Ensure accurate records for payroll and management reporting.
HR Policies & Procedures
Develop and implement HR administrative procedures.
Update employee handbook and HR policies.
Improve HR processes and documentation.
HR Reporting
Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll, leave, recruitment, and other HR metrics.
Provide HR data and reports to management for decision-making.
The Sustainable Security Systems Pte Ltd offers physical security and bespoke technological solutions. The company will embark on training, system integration and provide security surveillance to upscale the security architecture.
It will further explore and continuously develop state of art technology through engagement with stakeholders and end-users.
