  Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing,Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken as the role requires communication with Mandarin speaking customers and clients from China.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in content creation and digital marketing.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and LinkedIn.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of social media performance metrics and digital tools.
• Creative, proactive and willing to contribute new ideas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willing to learn and explore new digital, AI and automation tools.
• Portfolio or previous content creation experience would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

 Job Description

• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and LinkedIn.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas and assist with content planning.
• Script, film and edit short form videos and multimedia content.
• Create simple graphics and visual materials for social media.
• Plan, schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• Adapt content for different platforms, audiences and markets.
• Keep up with current social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Track basic content performance such as views, reach, engagement and conversions.
• Identify content trends and suggest improvements to increase engagement and performance.
• Assist with digital marketing activities, including email marketing and online promotions.
• Research local and international social media and content trends.
• Explore AI, digital and automation tools to improve content creation and marketing workflows.
• Communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers and clients from China when required.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative digital campaigns.
