Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support the performance management process, including tracking and filing performance reviews.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist with employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Participate in HR meetings and take minutes as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to commit to an internship period of 6 months or longer
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
