Part-Time Telemarketer / Business Development
Location: Woodlands
Minimum 20 hours per week
Office-based only
We are looking for a proactive and confident Part-Time Telemarketer / Business Development team member to support our recruitment business.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to companies in Singapore
Introduce our recruitment services
Identify companies with current or upcoming hiring needs
Connect with HR, Admin, business owners and other decision-makers
Generate qualified business leads / job orders
Follow up with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp and email
Update call records and client follow-up status
Work closely with our recruitment team
Requirements
Comfortable with cold calling
Good communication skills in English
Mandarin communication skills are an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
Positive, proactive and target-driven
Sales / Telemarketing / Recruitment / Business Development experience is an advantage
Able to commit at least 20 hours per week
Must be able to work from our Woodlands office
