Job Responsibilities:
Support and assist the investor relations and communications team across fundraising, investor engagement and external communications. Some of these activities include: -

conduct investor, market and peer research to support fundraising and investor targeting;

prepare and update investor materials, including pitch decks, fund fact sheets and due diligence questionnaires;

support the preparation of quarterly investor reporting and the annual impact report;

draft and edit external communications content, including website copy, newsletters, media materials and social media posts; and

maintain investor records and databases, and assist with the coordination of investor meetings, roadshows and events

Work closely with the investment team to translate deal, portfolio and impact information into clear, compelling narratives for investors and external audiences.

General assistance to other senior members of the team.

Job Requirements:
Weare seeking candidates with a strong interest in investor relations and communications, have a heart for impact and keen to explore a stint in a leading impact investing private equity fund.

  • Penultimate year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a keen interest in investor relations, communications or marketing. Comfort working with financial and impact data is essential, and a demonstrated interest in private equity or impact investing would be an advantage.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with design, digital or CRM tools (for example Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp or Salesforce) would be a plus.

Strong written and spoken English, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to write for different audiences; proficiency in other languages would be a plus.
