Job Description:

• Provide administrative support and assistance to Corporate Finance Department.
• Preparation and compilation of correspondence and contracts.
• Organize and maintain files and records, and data entry.
• Follow-up on action items and coordinate with head of departments.
• Able to maintain strict confidence and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
• To assist in the full spectrum of the department and related functions.
• Trade finance operation (Banking Related) and preparation of Letter of Credit.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time.
• Liaising with various departments.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur
• The ability to pay attention to details and prioritize your tasks.

Pay: RM850.00 - RM900.00 per month
