Role Description

We’re looking for an AI Intern to join our growing product and technology team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the next phase of our AI-enabled reporting platform. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Head of Product & Technology to help shape, test, and scale our large language model (LLM) development.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, proactive, and eager to learn how AI can be applied to real-world social and environmental impact challenges.

• Role Type: Part-Time
• Time Commitment: 20 hours per week 
• Attendance: Weekly team meetings; Quarterly Townhalls; Availability for scheduled meetings during agreed working hours
• Working Schedule: Monday -Friday
• Duration: 6 months
• Reporting to: CEO, Founder, Head of Product & Technology 
• Start date: 15 September 2026
• Location: Central Singapore (Hybrid – flexible combination of in-person and remote work)
• Tools: Python, GitHub, AWS, LLMs

Key Responsibilities

• Support the progression of AI models from alpha to beta testing, incorporating user and client feedback.
• Assist in developing prototype models into production-ready AI systems.
• Structure, analyse, and optimise data used for model training and evaluation.
• Build infrastructure to support a new generation of impact reporting software.
• Explore and test AI-powered dashboard and data visualisation features.
• Contribute to UI/UX design and user journey mapping.
• Track and analyse platform usage data to inform pricing models.
• Support cybersecurity, data protection, and stress testing.
• Contribute to developing an evaluation framework for model performance and impact

Learning Outcomes

Month 1: Prototype Development & Testing

• Learn end-to-end workflow of LLM development.
• Gain hands-on experience with Python, GitHub, and AWS
• Develop skills in API and LLM development and modelling.
• Understand how feedback informs model iteration.
• Learning and exposure to impact reporting

Months 2 - 6: Scaling & Product Integration

• Deepen technical proficiency in LLM development
• Gain experience from Proof of Concept to Production readiness. .
• Learn infrastructure and deployment and adoption of AI 
• Build understanding of AI ethics and responsible tech for production readiness
• Contribute to an AI-enabled SaaS product.

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Python, database management and AI/ML concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in applying AI for social and environmental good.
• A self-starter who enjoys experimenting, learning, and collaborating, and is open to flexible working hours, primarily later in the afternoon or evening, to coordinate with team members across different time zones.
