Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Support food tasting sessions and help monitor key control points in production.
- Help with safety and hygiene inspections in the central kitchen and outlets.
- Assist in keeping records for food safety, halal, and workplace safety.
- Support the team during internal and external audits.
- Join in food incident investigations and follow-up actions.
- Assist in coordinating the monthly pest control program.
- Learn and help with microbiological testing (food samples, environment, hand swabs).
- Provide general admin support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Pursuing tertiary education in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.#
- Meticulous, organized, and independent.
- Eager to learn, a strong team player.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Comfortable in a food manufacturing environment.
