We currently publish content on intentional home design and are exploring new opportunities across consultation services, e-commerce and educational content.
Job Summary
You will support the founder by managing administrative tasks, organising business information, coordinating meetings, and conducting basic research to help the business grow efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain documents, files, and business information for easy access and reference
- Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and task lists to monitor deadlines and follow-ups
- Develop and improve simple systems and processes to support business growth
- Manage and organise Google Drive and shared documents to ensure up-to-date information
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, preparing notes and materials for effective discussions
- Track action items, follow-ups, and the founder’s task priorities to ensure timely completion
- Conduct basic online research on businesses, suppliers, and relevant topics as requested
- Compile and organise research findings into clear, structured documents or spreadsheets
- Support outreach efforts and coordinate meetings when needed
- Communicate clearly in writing to facilitate smooth collaboration and information sharing
- Work independently with reliability and proactivity in a dynamic early-stage business environment
- Use Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, and Gmail efficiently to manage tasks and communications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant diploma qualifications are welcome
- Relevant experience is a plus but not essential

Role Details
- Hours: 15 hours/week
- Schedule: 5 weekdays × approximately 3 hours/day
- Pay: S$12.50/hour
- Location: Singapore-based, remote
- Contract: Monthly rolling part-time contract
- Initial trial period: 1 month
- Potential growth: Up to 20 hours/week as the business develops
