Job Description:

• Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors.
• Opening/closing of the clinic.
• Managing the front desk, including answering phone calls WhatsApp messages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining appointment calendars.
• Collecting patient information and updating electronic health records.
• Coordinating patient flow, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out including assisting with billing processes
• Handling patient inquiries and providing general information about the clinic's services.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.

Requirements:

• On-job training provided for part-time reception position.
• Students currently enrolled in related courses are welcome.
• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are required.
• Willing to learn new skills.

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Occasional morning shifts: 7:45 AM – 12:30 PM
• Full-day shifts may be required when necessary
• Alternate Saturdays required
• Schedule to be discussed and confirmed with successful candidate

Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

Remuneration:

• Hourly rate for part-time positions
