ULTI Pte. Ltd. is a homegrown Singapore workspace and ergonomic furniture brand founded in 2021. We specialise in standing desks, ergonomic chairs, monitor arms and desk accessories designed to help customers create more comfortable, functional and stylish workspaces.

ULTI sells through our official website, Shopee, Lazada and physical events such as IT SHOW, CEE, THE TECH SHOW & COMEX. As a growing direct-to-consumer brand, we offer interns hands-on exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing, content creation, retail operations and event marketing.

We are looking for a creative and proactive E-Commerce & Content Marketing Intern to join the ULTI team. You will help create engaging social media content, support our online marketplaces and participate in campaigns and events.

This is a practical role suitable for someone who enjoys social media, video creation, technology, gaming setups and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms
• Create product photographs, promotional graphics and marketing content
• Assist with Shopee, Lazada and website promotions
• Support campaign planning for product launches, monthly sales and special events
• Help prepare content and promotional materials for COMEX and other exhibitions
• Assist with livestreams and behind-the-scenes content
• Research competitors, trending content and popular products
• Update product listings, descriptions, images and campaign information
• Respond to basic customer enquiries when required
• Support daily marketing and e-commerce operations
• Track content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and sales

Requirements

• Currently studying marketing, business, mass communication, media, design, e-commerce or a related course
• Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms
• Basic video-editing ability using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
• Creative, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable appearing in videos is an advantage but not compulsory
• Interest in technology, gaming setups, furniture or e-commerce is an advantage
• Portfolio or examples of previous content will be helpful
