Job Description

As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you will have an opportunity to receive hands on experience to core accounting processes and day-to-day financial operations with our finance team, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and issuing customer invoices
• Monitor incoming payments and help follow up on outstanding receivables
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims
• Support timely and accurate vendor payments
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Other duties as required by the Finance Manager
