We’re Hiring: Social Media & Community Engagement Assistant

Work Arrangement: On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Design engaging social posts, short-form video reels, graphics, and promotional campaign assets.
  • Digital Presence: Help drive online marketing initiatives and active audience interaction across platforms.
  • Community Management: Keep interactive channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, and social media) lively, organized, and responsive.
  • Event & Activity Support: Assist in planning and executing workshops, networking sessions, and internal/external activities.
  • Strategy & Ideation: Bring new creative concepts to the table for ongoing marketing and branding campaigns.
  • Analytics & Growth: Monitor social performance metrics to continually refine and boost engagement.

What We Look For

  • Strong awareness of current digital media trends and emerging platform formats.
  • Hands-on familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar design software.
  • Self-motivated, inventive, and well-organized with a strong independent work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural flair for connecting with audiences.
  • Keen interest in marketing strategies, brand building, event production, or community management.
