Key Responsibilities

• Assist the IT team in providing day-to-day technical support to hotel colleagues.
• Assist with troubleshooting of hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Support the installation, setup and maintenance of computers, printers, telephones and other IT equipment.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the hotel's IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Provide basic technical support for hotel operational systems such as PMS, POS and other related systems.
• Assist with user account setup, configuration and basic system access.
• Maintain proper records of IT equipment, assets and inventory.
• Assist in IT equipment maintenance, replacement and basic preventive checks.
• Liaise with IT vendors or service providers when required.
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation and records.
• Support system updates, installations and IT-related projects.
• Perform any other IT-related duties and projects assigned by the IT Department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Applicants must be able to complete the required internship period.
