What You'll Do

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, documentation and filing.
• Manage and update data, records and customer information.
• Assist with WhatsApp customer follow-ups and communication.
• Support daily office operations and team coordination.
• Assist the team with basic reports, data entry and documentation.
• Learn and use AI tools such as ChatGPT to work smarter and complete tasks more efficiently.
• Support other team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.

We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree student in Business Administration, Business Management, E-Commerce, Marketing or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Willing to learn and try new things.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
