• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Public Relations, E-Commerce or related fields. 
• Able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin. 
• Good communication and writing skills. 
• Interested in social media, content creation, video, AI tools and digital marketing. 
• Creative and willing to contribute new ideas. 
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and experimenting with different content formats. 
• Comfortable appearing on camera or willing to learn. 
• Responsible, proactive and able to work as part of a team.

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Creator Intern who wants real experience in content creation, social media, e-commerce and digital marketing.

You’ll get opportunities to create Reels and videos, participate in live sessions, explore AI tools, work on e-commerce content and learn how digital campaigns are executed in a real business environment.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging content for social media, website and e-commerce platforms. 
• Assist in producing Reels, short-form videos, product demonstrations and educational content. 
• Comfortable appearing in videos and participating in live sessions when required. 
• Follow social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas. 
• Assist with copywriting, captions and creative materials in Mandarin and English. 

Digital Marketing, E-Commerce & AI

• Support digital marketing campaigns and online promotions. 
• Update product and promotional content across e-commerce and digital platforms. 
• Explore and use AI tools to support content creation, ideas and marketing productivity. 
• Assist in maintaining and improving AI/chatbot content. 
• Monitor basic campaign and customer engagement performance. 

Customer & Community Engagement

• Respond to customer enquiries, comments and messages across digital platforms. 
• Support online customer engagement and sales follow-up when required. 
• Assist with activities that strengthen customer relationships and brand engagement.
